On December 4, 2017, almost 100 people gathered at the Kittery Community Center for a community conversation on creating a school and community culture free of bias and harassment. Students, parents, school, staff, and community members generated a number of recommendations for action focused on the importance of continued dialogue, staff training, recruiting diverse staff, and hearing from a wide range of voices in future conversations.
